One-on-One Plus Conference Covid-19 Protocols

Please be aware that our COVID policy for the in-person October 22 conference may change depending upon NJ State mandates and the most current conditions. The safety of our attendees and guests is our primary concern.

RUCCL requires that attendees be fully* vaccinated or provide proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the start of the event. The negative test results must then be presented upon check-in to the conference.

The online application will require you to either upload a photo of your vaccination card or select the PCR test option.

The Conference Center at Mercer follows NJ State masking mandates, but RUCCL may require a mask for October 22 regardless. We will notify attendees, but please bring a mask with you just in case.

Those who do not follow RUCCL’s COVID policy will be asked to leave the premises. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Despite precautions taken, an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any place people gather. By agreeing to attend this conference all attendees hereby waive any claims against RUCCL, The One-on-One-Plus Conference, The Conference Center at Mercer, and their respective employees, agents, representatives, principals and event participants for any issue relating to or arising from exposure to or contraction of Covid-19.

* A person is considered fully vaccinated greater than or equal to 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series (Pfizer, Moderna) or single dose of Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine.
